As my 2nd ever Mtn House meal this did not disappoint! I've had resteraunt meals that weren't as good as this. It went extremely well with tortillas or by it's self. It was also spicey enough to stand alone but for the more "adventuresome" it would go well with some hot sauce mixed in or sprinkled on top.

Plenty of flavor and just the right amount of seasoning with a hint of smokey flaovor throughout the dish. When added to tortilla it provided a really nice balance to the meal. We added our own hot sauce for a twist.
