Taste Testing for Emergency Plans, 4.11.2008

I bought one of the 72 hr kits to do a taste test, before I put a bunch of money into something that ultimately I wouldn't like.
I was VERY SURPRISED at the flavor!!!! It was VERY GOOD!!!
I'll be looking at using this when I go camping now too, as it is very easy to prepare!
I only gave it 4 stars out of 5 because of the sweet and sour pork. The rice was still a little hard, and the flavor wasn't what I expected compared to all the others. The next time I will let it sit for 2 or 3 minutes longer to see if that makes the difference.
Over all, I will be adding Mountain House Products to my future food storage needs!! Job Well Done!
